Except as may be expressly provided by an Inland Espresso Solutions “Service and Warranty” agreement, all goods are provided to Buyer “as is” and Inland Espresso Solutions disclaims all representations and warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Equipment may be covered under a separate manufacturer’s warranty, between Buyer and the Manufacturer
Orders shipped next day, two or three day etc. may incur additional shipping charges.
If an order or part of an order can not be shipped within five (5) business days of purchase order and payment confirmation, we will contact You regarding the delay.
Unless otherwise agreed to by Inland Espresso Solutions in writing, One-hundred (100) percent (%) of the total amount due is required to complete an order. completing your order. “Special Orders” typically require a deposit of fifty (50) percent (%).
Orders submitted without payment are held for seven (7) business days. If payment is not received within the holding period, the order will automatically cancel without notice. If additional time is needed for any reason, holding periods may be extended by contacting Inland Espresso Solutions (855) 839-5665 however, pricing is subject to change.
An order may be cancelled or changed, in whole or in part if the cancellation of an order occurs within forty-eight (48) hours of when the order was submitted. Orders designated as express orders or special orders may not be cancelled.
Your Purchase Orders
For avoidance of doubt, that Buyer (You) acknowledge that your order from Inland Espresso Solutions are governed by these terms and conditions and that the terms and conditions contained in any purchase order supplied to us by you or any other party on your behalf are null and void and superseded by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Shipping and Handling
Buyer (You) and/or Buyer’s receiving agent agree to immediately inspect all goods upon arrival for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. Buyer agrees that the inspection will be completed prior to accepting delivery. Any claims for loss or damage must be filed by You or your receiving agent with the carrier in writing immediately upon the attempted deliver of the goods and should be supported by an inspection report (if applicable to carrier), using photography, if possible, and documented on the signed delivery receipt detailing the loss or damage. Receiving goods and failing to perform this inspection and documentation means that the goods are received and deemed accepted and in no event, will Inland Espresso Solutions (IES), subsidiaries or third party agents be liable for any damage or loss, which occurs during shipping or handling. It is recommended that If goods are not up to standard, do not accept delivery and contact IES at (855) 839-5665 for prompt replacement.
All items may be returned within thirty (30) days except for “Special Orders”. Goods must be unused and in their original packaging. To ensure proper processing, returns must be accompanied with a Return Authorization (RA) number and original invoice. A request for return authorization must be made within thirty (30) days of the original invoice date and all items returned within thirty (30) days of authorization. Espresso machines may incur a fifteen (15) percent (%) restocking fee. “Special Order” items are non- refundable. To request a Return Authorization number with mailing instructions, contact Inland Espresso Solutions at (855) 839-5665 or email, referencing invoice or order number. Buyer is responsible for freight and the associated cost to return an order. It is recommended Buyer insure all returns.
(Buyer Responsibility) Buyer is responsible for understandng the details of a manufacturer’s warranty.
In many cases, Inland Espresso Solutions utilizes sub-contracted service agents or contracted Sales and Service Partners for installation, preventative maintenance and warranty services. Service personnel are either trained by the manufacturer or qualified in the field of commercial appliances. All subcontracted service agents, and Sales and Service Partners are required to carry liability insurance.
Service and Warranty
Inland Espresso Solutions (IES) “Service and Warranty” packages were developed to act as an extension or compliment to a manufacturer warranty for the espresso machines and grinders IES offers for purchase. IES “Service and Warranty” packages are dependent upon equipment type. Information regarding a “Service and Warranty” package for any espresso machine or grinder may be found on the Manufacturer’s model page within this Site.
Some “Service and Warranty” packages are not available in all regions. To determine if a “Service and Warranty” package is available in a specific area, contact IES customer service department at (855) 839-5665.
Installation, preventative maintenance and warranty service will be provided at mutually agreed upon times between Inland Espresso Solutions and Buyer or Buyer’s representative and conducted during normal business hours. After hours service requests may incur additional charges.
No other services or support are covered under these terms and conditions including, but not limited to, plumbing and electrical parts. This Agreement does not apply to any additional request for service such as, but not limited to, moving and re-installing equipment.
Any warranty stated here is waived and cancelled if the product(s) is installed or used differently then as described in any instructions or owners manual or warranty document.
Tampering with or changing the product(s) in any way will void any warranty.
Commencement of Warranty
Warranties commence on the day equipment is installed or thirty (30) days from ship date, whichever is earlier.
For “Service and Warranty” packages which include installation, Inland Espresso Solutions (IES) will install equipment and provide Buyer, (You), training in the proper operation and maintenance of equipment. IES will coordinate with Buyer and other business support entities including, but not limited to, roasters, general contractors, electricians, and plumbers to facilitate the installation of the purchased equipment in accordance with the scheduled date and specifications. IES will also provide one (1) training session on the proper operation and maintenance of the above-specified equipment. Training is to occur at the time of equipment installation unless previous arrangements have been made and approved by IES.
Prior to scheduling installation of equipment, Buyer must meet and confirm all pre- installation requirements by completing a provided Pre-Installation checklist. Assistance with pre-installation requirements is available by contacting IES customer service department at (855) 839-5665
Some state/county/city plumbing or health codes may require the installation of a backflow device. The installation of this backflow device is not the responsibility of Inland Espresso Solutions. Buyer should contract the appropriate plumbing company/plumber to install the correct device(s) according to applicable plumbing and/or health codes.
Labor and Travel Warranty
Inland Espresso Solutions labor and travel warranty covers the cost of labor and travel which are incurred to remedy defects in materials and/or workmanship.
For “Service and Warranty” packages (Agreement) which include a labor and travel warranty, Inland Espresso Solutions (IES) will cover the cost of labor and travel to remedy defects in the materials and/or workmanship of the equipment covered by Agreement. IES will repair or replace parts that Inland Espresso Solutions determines to be defective.
Inland Espresso Solutions “Labor and Travel” warranty excludes the cost of labor and travel for parts or workmanship damaged by accident, abuse, and/or improper use of equipment including, but not limited to, improper cleaning, operation of equipment using inadequately conditioned/filtered water or operating equipment without an adequate water supply. If it has been determined that a water filtration system is necessary, the filtration system must be maintained in order for this Agreement to remain valid. All damage resulting from inadequate water treatment is expressly excluded from all Inland Espresso Solutions warranties. Parts commonly subject to wear and tear including, but not limited to, port filter/group gaskets, inserts, and diffusion screens, are excluded from coverage under labor and travel portion of Agreement.
If Buyer chooses not to purchase an Inland Espresso Solutions Service and Warranty package that includes coverage for labor and travel costs, it is fully understood that all costs of labor and/or travel, even to repair/replace parts under warranty, will be the sole responsibility of Buyer.
For “Service and Warranty” packages which include water treatment. Inland Espresso Solutions (IES) will install water treatment complimentary. Installation is to occur at the time of espresso machine installation unless previous arrangements have been made and approved by IES.
All warranties herein shall be immediately and automatically void if: (1) Buyer or a third party not a representative of Inland Espresso Solutions effects changes or repairs to the equipment; (2) Buyer fails to adhere to proper preventative maintenance; (3) there has been excessive use of equipment; (4) or if Buyer, following occurrence of a defect, fails to take immediate suitable measures to limit the damage or fails to give Inland Espresso Solutions an opportunity to remedy the defect; or (5) Buyer transfers the equipment to another person or moves the equipment to another location. Inland Espresso Solutions’ sole responsibility and liability under the warranty set forth herein is limited to, Inland Espresso Solutions’ sole discretion, repair or replacement of defective equipment/parts/workmanship. Furthermore, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, Inland Espresso Solutions’ warranty set forth herein is limited to Buyer, and Inland Espresso Solutions does not, directly or indirectly, make or extend any warranty to the Buyer’s customers or any other person. Except as expressly provided herein, all goods are provided to Buyer “as is” and Inland Espresso Solutions disclaims all representations and warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Inland Espresso Solutions be liable to Buyer or any of Buyer’s customers, employees or agents for (I) any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages for lost profits or lost goodwill, (II) any other commercial damages or losses, direct or indirect, or (III) any personal injury or product liability damages or losses, whether in contract, tort, or any other cause of action, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The remedy for this service warranty is limited to repair or replacement, and, in no event shall Inland Espresso Solutions’ liability exceed the purchase price paid by Buyer to Inland Espresso Solution for such goods or services. If Inland Espresso Solutions ceases business, Inland Espresso Solutions agrees to assign any outstanding portion of this Agreement to another service provider or refund the segment of the Agreement that has not been satisfied.
The laws of the State of Washington, including the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted in Washington, hereunder shall govern this agreement and any sales.
Any legal proceedings arising out of, in connection with, or related to, the purchase of equipment and/or services from Inland Espresso Solutions or these terms and conditions shall be in any federal or state court in the County of Spokane in the State of Washington and Buyer agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties hereto regarding warranty services, and the parties acknowledge that there is no other written or oral understanding or promise between the parties.
Additional Inland Espresso Solutions Terms
Inland Espresso Solutions grants permission to You to download material displayed on the Site for non-commercial, home personal use only, provided you keep intact all copyright, trademark and other proprietary notices. You may not, however, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way the contents of this Site including the text, images, audio and video for public or commercial purposes, without written permission from Inland Espresso Solutions.
