Multi-Milk: With multi-milk you'll have the option of serving an extra dairy or non-dairy milk product. Choose whole, 2%, coconut, soy, oatmeal etc. Choose the two your customers will love best! You also have the option to blend different types of milk. For instance, combining whole milk with skim milk creates a low-fat milk option. (Top Milk Only)
Self Adjusting Grinders: These grinders work on their own to maintain the flavor parameters you've set. Reduces wasted coffee and simplifies barista training. (Not available on Quick Milk model)
Self-Service Locks Package: Protect your Next espresso machine and product inventory with locks for bean hoppers and grounds waste drawer. This package also includes guides to ensure proper cup placement.
Under Counter Grounds Chute: Coffee grounds are somewhat like sand. easy to get everywhere. The grounds chute option sends coffee waste to a container under counter keeping counter tops neat and tidy.

Warranty
Egro models include a two year limited parts warranty. These warranties will begin upon the date of installation as stated in the installation form or 90 days from the date of purchase, whichever comes first. The Rancilio Group warrants that the equipment it has manufactured will be commercially free of defects in material and workmanship existing at the time of manufacture and appearing within the applicable warranty period. These warranties do not apply to any equipment that, in the Rancilio Group’s judgment, has been affected by misuse, neglect, alteration, improper installation or operation, improper maintenance or repair, damage, or casualty. ESN SERVICE AND EQUIPMENT WARRANTY
ESN extended warranties are included with your purchase, complementing EGRO's product warranty to provide added value. Your ESN Warranty, clearly outlined on your invoice, covers labor, travel, and part services. These warranties are customizable and may differ for each machine.
